Terrible experience
Their system incorrectly allowed me to order over my limit. It has now been 5 days, no refund, no cancellation meaning I can't restart a correct order until they cancel the current order. Multiple phone calls waiting over and hour, multiple emails. Zero progress and I have no pain relief for a serious condition that "alternative" medication helped me get off multiple pharmacy medications. Now those scripts have expired I have nothing at all!

Bad service from doctors
I have been using Alternaleaf for almost 2 years & everything was going great until recently. Both prescriptions I was given had become unavailble so I had to make another appointment to update my prescription & Dr Pererra cancelled on me twice so I asked for another doctor & I was scheduled an appointment with Dr Wang Rattansey but was left on hold for around 10 mins before he disabled his camera & disconnected the video call then called me back on a landline which I found to be weird. I dont even know if I was speaking to the doctor my appointment was scheduled with because he had an English accent & I felt like his questions were very interrogating. He didn't even ask about my anxiety & focused mostly on my sleep issues telling me I should take meletonin which was also weird. I did not like him at all - how could he possibly come to a professional conclusion without an actual face to face consultation? It was a complete waste of my time & he has advised me he would organise for someone to contact me to schedule another appointment to get a second opinion but I am getting quite fed up with the run around just to update my prescription because Alternaleaf cant keep their stock updated.

Not impressed with out of stock issues
Not impressed with out of stock issues. I finally found a product that works & now it's out of stock? . Then had to re book doctor who was booked out for mths . Got different doctor who was not very helpful. Not happy
