Very bad, send me used material, open boxes, and pay as new.
Not even sorry from them, they just don't care about customers...
I have contacted the customers services... And they have come with excuses that they haven't been sold, so how you explain 2 hard drives with broken boxes?
That wasn't from shipping company... They where very well packed... So don't try to make customers look like donkee because I am not, I work in IT for over 20 years and this was the first te I have to make a negative review of a company... So the review are on YouTube, Facebook, reddit and so on...
From alternate I do not buy anything more and I do not recommend...

I would give them 5 stars if they could…
I would give them 5 stars if they could protect the packaging better. Sending fragile machines in the product box only is not OK. Other than that it's overall a good service.
