Like most people paying up front for a large purchase, I was worried that a/they’d arrive at all b/ be of poor quality c/ be difficult to fit.
Thankfully, they are very good quality and easy enough to fit.
I managed using the online instructions, although at 1 point I was tempted to phone for help-handy that there is actually someone to speak to and a showroom to visit to see how they fit together.
I bought bifolds and a door with a side panel. Working great a year later and just bought a set of french doors.

I very rarely write reviews but the level of service and product quality that Alulux provides is second to none.

The quality of the doors in my opinion cannot be beaten. I have fitted 3 sets of bifolds now and will continue to recomend them to my customers and friends.

They really are so easy to fit. And 4 years down the line they still function as well as they day that I installed them.

I had a very small issue with one of the handles and Alulux sent me a replacement the very next day. And to my surprise it was an improved design which shows me that the company listen to their installers and customers and look to improve their products all of the time.

On top of all of this. The price of the units are incredible. Real value for money. You don't hear that too often these days.

Ok. Where do I start……..I am thinking about moving house and renovations to another property. Whilst I was in thought, I opened my bi-folds (rare nice day) and thought how good they are!! They are as smooth and new today as when I fit them in 2021.
I have been in many houses recently where new bifold have been fitted and I can only say that NOT ONE set of doors come even close to the quality of Alulux. They are easily the best I’ve seen. New houses builds are not installing these however they definitely should.
I fitted them myself 3 years ago. Although I’m a competent DIYer I’m not in the trade but found the instructions and service from the Alulux team spot on.
I needed a bit of advice halfway though the build on a Sat. afternoon and one of their fitters gave me a call back almost instantly and talked me though the process Brilliant service.
Obviously I can’t vouch for their service or product today however if it is the same product as I bought 3 years ago you will not be disappointed.
If I could rate higher than a 5 I would.
And yes, I will be definitely looking to but from them again once I move house. Very interested in the integrated blinds.

If you’re thinking of installing look no further. You will only regret it.

From start to finish the service was top notch. We ordered the T1 system, intergrated blinds and a bug screen. The price almost seemed too good to be true. Was a little skeptical, but following installation, I am over the moon with the product.

I have fitted 2 of the Alulux aluminium bifold doors in my new kitchen extension and I have to say I am very impressed by the quality, ease to fit and the general service I received. You know upfront there willing be a wait to get your door as I understand they are manufactured abroad to order and shipped over. So expect a wait as described and don’t use this as a reason to leave bad reviews. On receiving my doors they were lifted into a place of my decision and were extremely we packed and protected. I then fitted my doors (3m and a 2.4m) by myself which I wouldn’t necessarily recommend however I had no Choice. Saying that I found the installation to be very logical and as I hoped it would be. I am very pleased with the quality and the way they look. Not on that but the price was very good too. If you can plan ahead and put up with wait then I highly recommend this product from Alulux. The people who you buy from I also found to be very genuine and helpful. Would definitely buy again and would recommend.

We have a set of Aluluxgroup bifold doors in our gardenroom and have no hesitation in saying that the build quality is excellent and really enhance the room. We have had absolutely no issues at all since they were installed 3 years ago. My wife and I are very happy to recommend this company to everyone.

As a garden studio supply company we use and have used many door fabricators. Alulux are by far the best for us. The best thing about their bifolds are the ability to adjust the last door post toe and heel (if required) which is such a great option for the end user.

The quality of these doors is also the best we have used and are probably the only doors we don’t tend to have snags from. They come flat packed in a crate which is also helpful for storage and site management

We have always found John and the rest of the employees beyond helpful.

I regrettably used different doors on my own home and although they are good I still wished I’d used the Alulux product. Recommended to both trade and domestic clients
