Great server proformance

Probably one of the best networks I've ever used in Europe. The hardware outperforms consistently, and again seriously; the network is fantastic. Ultra low ping times, and reliable strong speed/thoroughput. Easily could always obtain the 3Gbps speed mark included, and to places most won't come close to in comparison. I happen to be a bit of a networking enthusiast and I must say they deserve commendation for the work they've put into their network. Both v4 and v6 are well managed, efficient and the transit:peer is solid. Very proud of this company and wish them a great future, I'll renew and be along for the ride!

I wanted to purchases servers for my company that is EU-based.

After the first purchase and the first review process, they closed my ticket saying that "we cannot offer you any services", without more details, then banned my account.

I opened a new support ticket from another email to ask details as to why they couldn't provide services, the ticket was closed without any answer.

Worst support experience I've seen since Steam, very unprofessional.

I have a server for roughly 6 months now and everything works great.

VPS server

Ready within minutes, running great so far

I found about Alwyzon through VPSBenchmarks about an year ago. I decided to give it a try based on the benchmark results there. AMD EPYC, good network and affordable pricing were the other options I was looking for.

I have to say they exceeded my expectations and I am very happy. The VPS is solid with a very stable performance. AMD EPYC is a really good choice and combined it with stable network is the best I can think of for an affordable service.

I was originally looking for London or Amsterdam locations but Vienna is now pretty acceptable for me given their network stability. The latency and bandwidth are stable. Also their latency to India is good which was another important consideration for me.

In terms of support, I had to open a request once during the weekend but I could fix it by myself soon after that and I closed the request before someone responded. So I really don't know much about that.

Overall, everything seems working well for me and I am looking forward to more solid years to count. The only gripe if I have to say anything is the different spelling of "always" that I always ( :) ) have to remember when I type their website name.

I contracted the service for a project with a work team distributed in different locations in Europe.
For 3 months, we did not have any problems with the service. Their VPS servers are very stable. And the bandwidth? It's amazing, we never reached the limit. I mean, is that 50TB is a lot! We were able to run 50 containers for multiple services from our projects and all we had to do was upgrade the service to one with higher storage capacity. But that only lasted a few minutes. It was really fast. I was expecting something with lower quality due to the price. but i'm surprised

I have been a Virtual Server S customer for over 3 months now. I have a similar service in two other companies. I can say that here the speed is more than twice as high. I am impressed with the performance of their virtual servers. During these 3 months I have not had any problems with downtime or anything else. So far they are exceeding my expectations. I recommend!

Locked myself out of my Alwyzon account (accidentally deleted Google Authenticator app used for two factor login) and support quickly helped me to gain access again.

I'm using a VPS from them since 2019. The servers are rock solid. Almost 100% uptime.

The CPU speed is the best I have ever seen. Very good hosting company. But only one data center.

I use this VPS for my personal own Linux server and I can say that it is a great option for this money.

I have been with Alwyzon since over 2 years now and I have to say, they are the best provider I had so far! I tried cheap providers, I tried expensive providers, but Alwyzon is simply the best when it comes to price and performance.

I never had any issues with the server at all. 100% uptime so far. The price is top, the network is fast and the server itself is fast as well. Also their client area is really nice and clean! The only time I had contact with their support team (to change a personal account to a company one) their team was able to get this done within a matter of minutes, really impressive.

I'm not a wrting reviews type of guy but I had to do it for this one. Keep reading, you will find out why!
I've been a customer to Alwyzon for more than a year now.Good provider but very bad support staff.
They gonna charge you 15 euros for a teeny tiny manual intervention if you request it.
Even after I asked what is your manual intervention beside assigning an IP which won't take your time more than 5 minuted and I will make the necessary changes on my server (even implying I'm a 1-year-customer) the customer support named Stefan Frankhauser was very rude and declined my request alltogether (I was about to ask if this 2.5 euro charged once or if it's monthly) and closed the ticket without my consent.

I'm shocked about this level of rudeness and unprofessionalism and after working with more than 20 different providers accross the world it was the first time I've seen such drastic and childish actions from a support team.

Very Very disappointed.
If you need kind, polite and caring support team for your service, look elsewhere.
