The experience was really great because they consider us learners when teaching and the community experience is top notch

I had a great and enriching learning experience with ALX. The content was practical and well-structured, the teaching methodology encouraged critical thinking, and the real-world challenges made learning meaningful. I especially appreciated the focus on building small, consistent habits and the opportunity for peer learning through reviews. The platform is also very user-friendly and makes it easy to track progress. Overall, it was an exciting and valuable journey that I would highly recommend.

I wasn't sure at first if Alx was the right place for me to grow in my tech journey but along the way i realised you dont judge a book by its cover but by the content in it. I have learnt so much from them and tho their system of teaching was old school but it still got the job done.

Ever since i joined ALX, my journey was fulfilling. It was not an easy task complete the programmes as they are hard, but when you are done, you will want to take another programme. ALX is exceptional, its mission to bridge the digital divide, ups-kill and res-kill talent, and create a generation of innovative leaders is true. I am an example.

I learnt alot doing the ALX AI essentials course, it equipped me with alot of knowledge that i now use in my day to day work.

Aside from the knowledge I gained during my university studies, most of the practical skills I have today were acquired through ALX. I began my journey as an intern at my current organization, and today I have progressed to a managerial position within the same company. When I started, I had very limited exposure to the online working environment. Through the training and experience gained from ALX, I have grown into a consultant in all matters related to G Suite and have also taken on the role of a mentor. Anyone who has not yet enrolled in the ALX foundation courses is truly missing out on a valuable opportunity for growth.

My experience with ALX Africa has been truly impressive. The quality of their courses is outstanding — well‑structured, practical, and designed to build real, job‑ready skills. Hello, I’m Enock RUHINDA currently studying Data science at ALX. Before I wasn’t interacting much with a computer , just I was having basic skills but after joining ALX I felt that the world is near me because, I learnt new and important skills that brought to real world interactions. By now I can work anywhere even online, I learnt how I can start my business because I practically tried it, I even got a job due to the skills I got at ALX by now I’m a teaching due to having tech skills.

Great learning experience, a bit fast paced though; but it's a very helpful institution. It's also not expensive, that's something I liked about them. Took the Data Science stream, decided to stop after the Python certification. I had sales experience. I recently got a job with one of the biggest FMCG companies in SA as an Insights Analyst because of my ALX certifications

The community was really helpful, the discuss discord channel really did a lot and also please avoid procrastination it’s only a thief of time and you end up rushing without understanding the main concept of your course

It was a great experience for me and it was a pleasure for me to be part of alx community.
Everything was easy and all admins were available for help anytime.

First their programs are affordable. Second, practicable and offer skills that match the modern market demands

The ALX experience has been a great inspiration and push for me. From the offered courses, the fireside sessions, where we get to interact with real professionals, and every other event, both physical and virtual, have been a source of learning, bonding and growth.

What I like:
The learning platform (Savanna) is simple and easy to navigate, as are the modules, which are properly outlined.

What I would suggest:
A system where students learn from custom ALX tutorials by ALX personnel rather than watching those from other platforms, such as YouTube (not saying it's bad, but they could be added resources). Furthermore, a column in the learning dashboard where students can ask questions wouldn't be a bad idea.

ALX has been a transformative experience for my data analytics journey, Their interactive and collaborative approach made complex concepts easy to grasp. The community and mentors helped polish my skills and mindset, pushing me to be my best. Highly recommend for anyone looking to level up in tech.

My experience learning at ALX was very interesting because I was new to online learning, The weekly webinars were a big help on understanding the content on savanna. I loved being involved in voluteering at events and hosting a few events as well. Voluteering at the events was an eye opener and i gained a few skills during that time.

What made my experience great was how practical and applicable the training was to real-life situations. The program didn’t just focus on theory it gave me hands-on tasks like managing emails, organizing schedules, and preparing professional documents. I especially enjoyed learning how to structure and organize my Gmail, which immediately improved my daily productivity.
The company is doing well in delivering structured, practical training that equips learners with real-world skills. They focus not only on technical abilities like using Google Workspace and Excel, but also on professionalism and personal development. Their approach encourages discipline, consistency, and high-quality output, which prepares learners for actual work environments. By combining skill-building with mindset development, they create a well-rounded learning experience that has a lasting impact.

I completed three courses with ALX:
1. AI Career Essentials (AICE)
2. Virtual Assistant
3. Founders Academy

All the courses were eye-opening and delivered through a well-structured mix of notes, videos, and articles, which made them easy to follow. I also improved my project management skills by learning about different tools available in the market. In addition, the Founders Academy helped strengthen my business skills and understanding.

Before enrolling, I had tried to learn about AI tools on my own, but having a structured curriculum helped me move away from scattered learning and build a more cohesive understanding. After a great experience with the AI Career Essentials course, I immediately enrolled in the Virtual Assistant course because of the value and guidance I received.

Another highlight was the strong sense of community. The support on the e-hub platform and WhatsApp groups made the experience more engaging and motivating.

Overall, it was a valuable and well-rounded learning experience.
