Never use again

I ordered a couple of items for my wife through Alyaka. There was no mention when ordering that the items were on back order and because of that I went ahead with the order as my wife was very low on that product. I was only alerted to the back order issue on my confirmation email. I contacted the company 6 days after ordering to find out when I could expect them. I received an email from them saying that they were expecting new stock in the next few days and that my order would be posted without delay. I replied to that email and asked that as it had already been 6 days after ordering and it looked like being a few more, I asked that they send the items next day delivery as my wife was now almost out. I received no more communications from Alyaka even though I chased a couple more time. The items final turned up today 16 days after ordering and they had posted it using 48hr postage rather than 24hr/next day... terrible customer service and will not use again or recommend to anyone

Awful experience

Awful experience. Strongly discourage using this site. I ordered 2 products on 31st March. Only after paying I was told that one product was preordered and due to be shipped in 5 working days. After 2 weeks I have not received any products. Contacted the customer service mentioned on the website multiple times. No response. I contacted the telephone number mentioned in the credit card and the technical support answered committing to pass my case to customer service. Which he kindly did because the same day I received an email by the customer service saying that one out the 2 products had been shipped and the second item was due to be delivered in a couple of days. Whilst I did actually receive one product the second one is still missing 6 weeks since the order. I contacted again multiple times the customer service of course with no response again. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company. Please do not use this site. They sell very expensive products but are not able to deliver an adequate service

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Should have never ordered from this website. On March 23rd I ordered 3 items, and one of them was not in stock. I was made aware of that only after I placed and paid for the order. More than a month later I still have not received the item, and all my requests for a refund go nowhere.

Abysmal customer service

I have been waiting 10 days and chased twice to receive support on a delivery which was dispatched in 2 parts and the second never arrived. Email received when I raised the case is below. I would not recommend this company based on their abysmal customer service. Will be asking my card company to rescind payment until they resolve the situation.

Bad experience with Customer Service…

Bad experience with Customer Service and no one reply till now.

I place order on 16Mar and 19Mar, email confirm order but there is some back order while never mention in site that there is no stock.
Email inform back order take 5-7 days dispatch.
7 days later I have asked for the dispatch shipment or any update but no one reply, I sent email twice and no one reply.

I use credit card to send international shipment to USA, I'm really worried on this why customer service never feedback my order is quite much amount , I have called as reference phone number but it's auto voice and end , there is no other option to contact, their request form is error to submit , nothing only email to contact with no one reply. I may have to contact Bank to dispute this payment if no one from customer service update me.

Really really bad experience!!

Really really bad experience!!! The order was shipped more than a week later than stated at the time of ordering. I received my order after two months. I paid the VAT and all the fees to the store when I ordered and yet my order was held up by customs, to whom I had to pay an additional €10 in VAT.The customer support does not communicate with me, I was told that my money will be refunded if I send them the proof of payment, but after that they stopped replying again I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. Item hadn’t arrived, i sent three emails asking where it was, but never received an answer. The package finally came only after I raised a dispute with my bank - I don’t think that was a coincidence!

Took 3 months to despatch my order

I placed my order in early November, Alyaka despatched my order end of February. There is no other way to contact CS other than email, and it also took them 3 months to reply. Think twice before you place your order.

This company has the worst customer…

This company has the worst customer service. This was my first order from this company. I spent £55 on a foundation which never arrived, I never got the tracking details or did they tell me my order was on its way, and then when I contacted them they told me it had arrived and sent me a tracking link. The tracking link showed that the parcel had no image of the location (just a red box) and the GPS pin from Hermes showed it was delivered to an entirely different location 100 miles from my delivery address. When I told them this and ask they refund me or deliver a new one, they stopped responding to my emails. It’s been two weeks, multiple emails from me and utter silence from this company. Don’t trust them. Awful, awful, awful.
