This place is a scam
This place is a scam. The order arrived late with no updates. It is no longer needed and I tried to return with no luck. They simply do not respond to any communication. I sent 5 emails and filled their form online. Reported them to Trading Standards and proceeding with legal routes to return and get a refund.
Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company, do not respond to any emails!! I never received a shipping/tracking number and when I did receive my products they arrived too late (ordered for a gift) so wanted to return them as I had to purchase from another site. Alyaka have never responded to a single email of mine- which at this point is about 8.
I have given up trying to get a refund now but it’s disgusting how they just flat out ignore their customers ! Disgraceful company
Do not use this company
Do not use this company. I purchased two (identical and expensive) products over two weeks ago now. The promised delivery time was "2-3 days". I have not received anything. My money has been taken. My multiple emails to them have gone unanswered. There is no way of contacting by telephone, nor by any other means.

I have only received part of my order. I have had no update or refund on the undelivered items.
I have tried contacting customer services, many times but no response.
They never respond to email or chat
They did not respond to my emails or chat messages when I inquired about my order. After a week of placing my order, I contacted them and resolved the issues. I hope they will respond to customer inquiries promptly in the future.

I can concur with the previous review, 3 emails about lack of delivery by EVRi and no response until the order was finally delivered a week late, andf that response was more than 24 hours after delivery. This is not acceptable, I will not be placing any further orders with Alyaka.

This company doesn’t respond to emails and doesn’t respect customers.
I received an incomplete order at the beginning of January. I have written to them THREE times and heard nothing. I just want the face cleanser I paid £32 for, but apparently they are ignoring me and keeping my money.
Terrible customer service.
Don’t bother. Buy your beauty elsewhere.

Can someone from customer service pleeeeease answer my emails I'm writing daily at this point? I even wrote Alyaka on Instagram. My order is not arriving and it's been supposedly shipped a while ago(but only according to their website). It's ok I can wait more, but can I at least get a tracking number??? Or any update for goodness sake!?!??!

Service at height level: fast processing of orders and no less fast delivery. Great store, great sales associates.
Do not use - dishonest company!
Placed an order of over £100 for next day delivery. After receiving no follow-up emails I got suspicious and found out via the manufacturer that the item is not in stock (despite the website showing a stock count of 6). My emails asking for a refund-or even an update-have gone unanswered. As other reviewers have said, customer services do not appear to exist. I had a similar experience with the company almost a year ago, which they eventually rectified several WEEKS after placing the order, and following many, many attempts to contact them. I was very stupid to trust them again. Do yourself a favour and buy your product elsewhere. If you go ahead with Alyaka, there's a good chance you will never receive your goods. Believe the bad reviews!
The WORST customer service. DO NOT order from Alyaka.com
Alyaka.com remains the absolute WORST company to deal with if there’s a problem with your order, or you need to contact them for basically anything. Their customer service department is non existent. Over the years I’ve ordered from them less and less solely because of their abysmal customer service. Emails to them asking where my missing products are go unanswered, even after contacting them once a week, every week, for months, THEY DO NOT ANSWER!!! Terrible. They take your money, but don’t send the product for sometimes months, and refuse to keep you informed about what’s going on. Just a nasty company all round.
BUYERS BEWARE:
I was only sent half my order. Despite four emails asking if the remainder was to follow, I received no response back.
I had to then contact my bank to recover a refund on my behalf.

Fraudsters?
Paid over a week ago. No updates, no reply to my email. No telephone number. I can only conclude they are fraudsters. I’ll be calling master card in the morning.

Order not received and no one responded to any of my mails so far…still trying, it was a big order and they are impossible to get hold of.
No shipping, no refund, no contact. Avoid!
My order (3 items) wasn't even shipped after 3 weeks. No response to the emails. I managed to get a refund by PayPal after more than 1 month.
Customer support at this company is non-existent, they don't care about you at all. Big red flags!!

Missing item no reply to emails
I had been a regular Alyaka customer for the past 2 years, however I ordered 3 items from them on Boxing Day, I have only received 2. I have emailed 4 times, tried the chat and a phone number provided by PayPal to no avail. I will not be using them again
Very pleasant aroma
Very pleasant aroma, light coverage. I am already using the 3rd tube of shampoos from Alyaka. The delight is incredible. I'd like to try other products
