Customer service is awful!!
I made an order on January 3, but have never received the package! Today is February 18. When I checked the Royal Mail tracking number it showed that it was delivered to the PO Box. I have not received the package and the local post office said it has even not arrived in my country. I texted many times to customer service and never get an answer! I will not order from this website again.
Slow dispatch, missing item and 0 response
I have been ordering with Alyaka for a bit over a year. They are usually slow in dispatch and slow in responding to emails / chats. At times, they made me wonder if the company had shut down.
I had been patient with every order. But it seems they are getting worse in time - my last order was made in late Nov and it only arrived on 30 Dec. I ordered 5 items and only 4 items were included in the shipment. 0 response from customer service regardless of how many emails and chat messages I have sent. Order with precaution. You have been warned.

Non existent customer service and NO products received
I placed an order two weeks ago. I received a receipt for my order. I have not received the products, despite the 3 working days delivery. I have sent numerous emails and have stayed on their “online chat” customer service for over half an hour at queue number 1 to no avail. There are far better companies to order products from. I am now contacting my bank to retrieve a refund.

I placed my order on 7th August. It appeared that one of the items had to be back ordered. It is quite frustrating that there is no note on the web-site to indicate that the product is 'out of stock'. So you will only see that items are not available after placing the order, in the confirmation email. This misleads customers, assuming the order will arrive within 2-3 working days. But it never does.
For 4 weeks I have not had any further communication about my order. But reading through a number of reviews here I saw that Live Chat options seems to work really well. I have just contacted the company and in 3 minutes Anna checked and explained to me what is going on. Great customer service from Anna, poor service from Customer service email team.
