I found this web site after my Mum had gone into full time care, I wish I could have found it sooner as there is so much helpful stuff. I bought the phone for outgoing calls as Mum was ringing family members at all hours as she didn't understand day and night. Now the extended family can ring my Mum and everyone is happy.

May be not the cheapest but balanced against health and happiness of the person with memory problems this web site is fantastic.

Wish we could find you more easily, I'll be telling my local carers support group about you.

We looked for a product that would help our aged father cope with reading the time and knowing what day of the week it is. This not as straightforward as it sounds as he has reduced vision and significant hearing loss as well as increasingly evidence of alheizmers. Your product addresses all these issues and together with the ease of ordering and prompt delivery we would wholeheartedly recommend your service.

I was worried I'd left organising my Mother's gift too late for Christmas but it was delivered with time to spare. Regularly kept up to date with the processing of the order too.

Purchased for my father's Christmas, but sadly his dementia is so progressed he cannot not really get the benefit from it. I wish I found it years back when he was more able to use his hands. I would recommend this product for quality and functionality. It was also nice to know that someone had put so much thought into creating something that would give people with dementia some enjoyment and hopefully comfort.

Placed an order on 26 th December it is now 6 th january 2014 and have not recieved my order. I have not had any contact from the AlzProducts in all that time. Would not use these again.

Next day delivery on Christmas eve as well. Top marks!

Had a postal problem caused by The Post Office losing a parcel a couple of days before Christmas but AlzProducts sent a replacement to arrive next day delivery without the charge, I was thrilled. It meant a lot to me as this was a Christmas present for my elderly mother which she was thrilled with on Christmas Day. A BIG THANK YOU to Tom at AlzProducts for arranging this efficient service.

The walker was purchased as a present for my mother who is gracefully coming to terms with her increasing mobility issues. The walker arrived on time and although it was considerably cheaper than others I had seen, both on the net and in shops, this was not reflected it's quality. I tested the walker myself and being 6' 3" felt the walker supported me fine so felt confident it would easily support my mother. I would highly recommend this product.

The clock is perfect for reminding my husband of the month and year. The service was very quick and very good, it was useful that the clock had already been set to the correct time.

I brought this 'simple' remote for my Mum who's 81 and was really struggling with the normal TV remote, its funny but the remote is never seen until after you buy a TV yet its the greatest and most frequently used tool for Human computer interaction that there is but you do not know what you will get until you open the box! The ALZ remote was simple to set up, by me and Mum has now used it for just 4 days but tells me its great. The need to scroll through each channel rather than use the EPG service is a small loss to the ease at which she uses the remote now so I doubt I will get any more calls saying the TV's not working.
