Doesn't honour extra warranty sold by themselves
had an iPad with extra warranty from Amac. But they are not the same as AppleCare. They will try to wiggle out of covering it or say it is not under warranty and offer a purchase replacement, when such will be covered by AppleCare.

We are sorry to hear that there has been some misunderstanding between our service Amac Safe and the insurance AppleCare.
Amac Safe is a service where you can extend your warranty with a one-time payment.
AppleCare is an insurance that you can subscribe to for your Apple device.
You can claim warranty if the damage is not caused by your own actions, such as a manufacturing defect.
This will always be physically assessed by us if the defect is covered by the warranty.
Issues that are covered by the insurance are for example damage to your device such as a broken screen.
