Bad customer experience,

I bought an apple keyboard online for my old iPad that was not connecting and went to the store to get it checked and return, if needed.
The store was literally empty, still, the person who spoke with me was maybe not on their best moment. He provided incorrect information and was not willing to help much, it made me feel like he was doing me a favor.
I always had a good experience there before but after this event I decided to go to Apple directly. They helped me with the keyboard and I ended up buying my new iPad and accessories at the Apple store.
Summarizing: a bad customer experience makes you lose clients and potentially new sales.

Customer service not responding and poor explanation at the store

I got my McBook not working Apple sent me Amac as they are the reseller. I claimed the consumer law coverage from Amac and they are simply not replying nor offering any explanation or support. So disappointed with both the product from Apple and the non existing service from Amac.

The technician in the store confirmed the failure and recommended sending the McBook to the headquarter for repair. I also claimed the consumer protection coverage. Now, I hear back that the headquarter could nor reproduce the failure and by consequence invoicing me additional cost. This is clearly not professional and not fair.
1- You committed to call me before doing anything that will bring cost so that I can agree or reject.
2 How comes your technician at the store confirms a failure and the headquarter doesn't. At the end, the customer pays for Amac errors ...
