Very good bricks&clicks support

Supported by store personnel, they recommended ordering online to have a special price. Their honesty is very much appreciated.

The goods arrived safe and on time, even with the challenge of placing my order before Christmas time.

Terrible business practices.

Terrible business practices.
I was ensured in the store the refurbished m1 pro i was looking for was available, even on site in Hilversum. When i ordered the item in the evening using the website (since the “pay in 3 installments” option was only available through there) i got an order confirmation.
Didnt hear anything for 3 days until i reached out to customer service asking if something went wrong, and i was told “we’re waiting in a shipment from apple, unfortunately we cant give you a specific delivery date”.
Content with the acknowledgment that my order went through (seeing how klarna was stuck on “processing at store” the whole time) i patiently waited
That is, until i received a message on friday saying the item was no longer available and my order is being canceled?

So im literally waiting for a week with an order confirmation, with reaffirmation from customer service only to be told the item is no longer in stock.

How unfortunate that we were unable to deliver your order.
Since it is a refurbished model, I think something went wrong with the communication we gave to you.
We have very little stock of refurbished models as these are not new models.
Presumably the colleague did not notice this when he saw your order.
Because refurbished models are not new models, we do not receive stock of them from Apple.

We are very sorry that the communication about this did not go well and sincerely apologize for this.

The worst pre-order experience

I ordered iPhone 15 Pro Max on 18 September and since then I have not received an informative e-mail in any way. No date or information about delivery was given in any way. It is a disgraceful service that they do not provide information for what you paid for. With all due respect, you could at least send a regular weekly e-mail about the order. At least I can get information about the latest status.

We are so sorry that you have not yet received your new iPhone.
From the start of ordering, we have received many orders for the new iPhones.
With the weekly stock that we subsequently received, it was not possible to deliver everything immediately.
To keep you informed, we initially sent an update email every two weeks to all customers with an open order.
We find it strange and unfortunate that you did not receive this. Our apologies for this!

We currently expect to be able to deliver all iPhone orders (except the white color) in the next two weeks.

We hope you receive your new iPhone soon!
