Delivery left unattended; bell not rung
The courier did not ring the doorbell and left the package behind our gate without notification, creating a risk of theft. The original store-pickup option was also excessively delayed; progress was only made after I contacted customer service and requested home delivery instead. Overall, the process was inefficient and stressful. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible. First, they promise the item to be delivered by a specific data and then do not respect it. Then, they do not answer through any of their channels, making it impossible to get an update from their side.
