The package arrived in terrible…
The package arrived in terrible condition. I understand it might be shipping company’s fault but amac packed the item very poorly. I ordered over 600 euro worth of apple watch and they prefered to pack in a cheap box. No surprise why it arrived damaged . I did not accept the package and send it back. I contacted their whatsapp customer care and no reply. I hope they will contact me for refund.

Worst Customer experience after purchase.
I bought mac mini on Amac website to be picked up at their location. Before i place the order, i verified that the product is in stock. It was indeed available. After the payment, i went to the store to pick it up after 2 hours, then one of the employees says, sorry its not in stock but i can pick it up at another location. I asked whether he can arrange for home delivery, he said yes but he needs atleast 1 week time.
I did request to reserve it for me so that i can pick it up the next day. When i went to pick up at another store, it was too busy and even after 45 minutes in the queue i could not get my turn. Due to my personal appointment, i was forced to leave . Again i need to do the journey to pick it up in the evening.
Really felt frustated . I am really not sure whether i should make my next purchase at AMAC?
I really felt no regard for customers.

We are sorry to see that you had a less than pleasant experience with us.
There could be several reasons why the store didn't have any stock.
For example, someone may have ordered the same thing at the same time as you and there was only 1 piece in stock or there may have been a misunderstanding and the stock was only available online.
In some stores it can sometimes be very busy and we do indeed recommend coming back at a more convenient time as we cannot always help everyone at the same time.

Worst expereince - Good for nothing - AMAC Utrecht wall
Hi i had pretty bad experience with the AMAC utrecht. I gave my air pods for servicing after 4 days they sent an email saying the issue is fixed and can be collected. I went to collect my airpods and see the issue was not fixed. We confirmed it by checking in my mobile and one fo their representative mobile in AMAC as well.
They took the product again and mentioned it will be fixed on priority. I called them to check the status of my repair, the guy on the phone from AMAC mentioned there is a new iphone launch and he dont have time to work on my repair and it will take sometime and he dont know how long it will take.
22/Sep update: Airpods was returned to me without fixing the problem. One of the representative mentioned problem was with my phone later he connected to his own phone and found the problem. Later he mentioned it could be because i have turned on some kind of setting and only apple care can help.

Bad purchase experience and bad behaviour of employees
Very bad experience with the purchase at AMAC and the employee behaviour in the store. I checked with the employee before the purchasing the apply watch 6 whether I can return the watch or not as it was a gift for my wife. He told me that I can return the watch with 10% dedcution of the purchase price if the seal is open. As the watch was too big for my wife's wrist , when I went to the shop to return the watch within 3 days they said that they do not take the return if the seal is open.
Will never recommend anyone to purchase from any AMAC stores as they are bunch of cheaters.
Instead, always better to purchase from mediamarket or coolblue where we can return the product easily and conveniently.
