Where to start. Macbook bought by Xando, 2 months after commercial warranty expired motherboard decided to die. Having already mentioned to the store that purchase was via other party and questioning whether responsibility is up to them, they insisted that if I wanted having it fixed with original parts Amac Service was the go-to option. Laptop sent, got quoted back with a poor description of 1200€ so with the advice of my lawyer I asked to make use of my right for consumer’s law. The guy at the store told me that this is for windows laptops (?nowhere specified in the consumer's law guidelines and begun to lose his words when i kept questioning his replies) and re-directed me to Apple’s call center. There, they got annoyed as purchase was not done directly through them but still they helped me highlighting the fact that a store employee had to be the one responsible to assisting me. Additionally, they insisted that consumer’s law in NL was applicable and I should check with the store. So for the 3rd time I go back to Zwolle and present them with the information and for one more time your employee is clueless and cannot provide me with the answers. He re-directed me to Amac call center. Long story short, for the 4th time drive back and got my laptop and my refund and never gonna shop there again. From the first place employees saw that device was purchased through Xando & should have re-directed me there directly. Unacceptable loss of time & costs made.
