I ordered a jacket on 20th march 2026 IAM now in April one month on still no jacket,I cannot get a tracking number or even get thier website on screen ,no telephone number either 😡 I have definitely been scammed it's now in the hands of my bank and the police if anyone out there is in the same situation or is thinking of ordering from them it's a scam DONT BOTHER
My experience is the same as the other review. I have waited 6 weeks for a padded coat and all I get is email after email thanking me for my patience. I have asked twice now to cancel my order and return my £39.50. but suddenly the emails stopped. I also think it is a scam.
It’s a scam - I have waited 7 weeks for my green shoes - with no refund and just emails that say Thks for being patient . Don’t buy anything
