Longest waiting times but received all poor quality products with defects and worst customer service ever

I love my new lounge from A-mart, I hope it lasts as long as my last lounge that is 16 years old and still in good condition. I had a good experience from the salesman- purchase through to the friendly delivery and set up of lounge. I believe for anyone this is a helpful service and they know what they are doing. Lounge is put together quickly efficiently. Delivery drivers then take all the boxes and rubbish away. Well worth the fee. Thanks A-mart

We had such a great experience at Amart Midland! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. A special mention to Charlotte, the manager, who was absolutely fantastic. She was so helpful, patient and genuinely went out of her way to make sure we were happy.

It’s not often you come across such great customer service, and Charlotte really made our experience so easy and enjoyable. We really appreciate all the help and will definitely be shopping at Amart Midland again! 😊

What a shit show. Once the money is paid they wipe you like a dirty arse. No communication, no urgency. Still don’t have my furniture after 6 weeks
