This product looks nice but don't be fooled. Yes it is versatile with it being able to be flat like a bed or like a sofa, futons are great. But this futon is not great, a futon is a futon but not all futons are equal. This is a bad futon. It is however solid and sturdy yet not too heavy which is good for when you need to go from couch mode to sofa mode on the fly, that part of this product is good and cleverly designed. And would be good for older or not very strong people to shuffle around if it was a product worth buying which I do not think it is, its a waste of the world's precious resources and can be made better, I know you can make it better but Amart... you chose too make it cheaply. Not very cool. Also cushioning and stitching is incredibly poor. On the left end of futon my bottom cushion is nice and firm and high and on the right end its shallow and I'm just sitting on the frame basically. And over time for a tall solid person like me 6'4" 87kg I will flatten out these cushions in no time. Pretty dissapointing craftsmanship. On top of that I owned this futon for 2 days and the false button type stitching that I guess holds the foam in place was single stitched and very poorly with thin thread that was bound to snap after use and has already done so just this morning the day of my review, leaving my brand new $579aud futon looking like garbage and leaving me frustrated. I would not recommend this futon too anybody, I would instead inform them to save their money and buy something else from some place else. I hope this review helps you better make your products in the future as I am all for constructive criticism. I will add some photos below to aid you all visually too see what I mean in regards to the BAILEY CLICK CLACK FUTON'S faults.

The product looks good and is comfortable. However I am not happy because it was received with a small tear in the fabric. One would expect to receive a newly purchase in 100% condition

Quality of sofa seems good, however the colour of the showroom example and online photos and description was charcoal, not the mid grey with bluish tinge of the sofa we received. The length was advertised as 1900mm, but was actually 1800mm. Disappointing
