Respect with product knowledge
The point of difference was a salesperson (Caroline) who gave us the time and space to decide on the purchase with so much information we needed. Product knowledge, warranty knowledge and appreciation of our color choice and style ensured a wonderful experience.

Sizes are wrong
Spend over a grand on a mattress and king single bed frame for daughter. Waited 2 weeks for it to come in. Knocked it up the next day and it doesn’t fit the room. Obviously I measured all this before however the specs online and advertised on the product vary greatly from real life finished size. Stuck with bed that only fits the room if the wardrobe door is taken off. Awesome. (Steph was kind to offer me an instore credit so hats off for her service)

Never again will I buy anything from…
Never again will I buy anything from Amart. Not only do they make you wait when its delivered damaged, BUT also when they get a replacement (2 weeks later), they cant book in a delivery date due to a new system supposedly. I will not recommend Amart to anyone.

I had an awesome experience buying two Calisto bedside tables, and a massive thank you goes to Tiana for making it all happen. I was in the middle of moving down to Sydney, and Tiana made organising collection completely stress-free. She was super knowledgeable and professional, going out of her way to hold the tables for two weeks so I could pick them up right after my move.
Her communication was top-notch, pick-up was effortless, and the quality of the furniture is fantastic—definitely worth every cent.
Huge shoutout to Tiana and the Prospect team for the exceptional customer service!
