We made our original order end of June but after learning we needed to flip the design of the corner lounge we ordered was able to do it over the phone with email confirming our change to our order

The mattress itself is incredibly comfortable, and we’ve been sleeping much better since bringing it home. It’s supportive, high quality, and exactly what we were looking for.

Overall, we’re extremely happy with both the product and the service. We would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress and a great shopping experience.

Thank you Amart. From ordering to delivery was a smooth process. They held my furniture until my house was ready and they placed it exactly where I wanted and took all the boxes away with them. Absolutely perfect great job.

I was very satisfied with my experience with Amart furniture.
The piece of furniture I wanted was not in store, so they ordered it in and contacted me when it was ready to pick up.
I was overseas, they kept the item stored until I returned.

More communication would have been great in regards to my delivery however when it did arrive the delivery team were friendly, fast and professional

Customer service good, although have ot received my gift voucher which was a special when purchasing

Overall experience was positive though the boxes the item purchased was in were pretty beat up and you could see that the product inside had broken through the box. Sales staff we saw were friendly and willing to assist in any way they could.

Can’t comment on the item condition as yet because the item turned up 3 weeks early (which is a good thing, don’t get me wrong) but we cant unpack it as we haven’t moved in to our new home yet.

Fight hard for some better pricing, somethings are already good but other item even when on sale have some wriggle room that you shouldn’t be afraid to ask for a better deal.
