I bought an online exclusive elec recliner this week (arrived and is fantastic) for my mum who’s just recovering from hip surgery.

The next day (today) a llama mattress in a box arrived. I didn’t order it nor paid for it but I called the warehouse, spoke with Troy (awesome fella) and Amart have said to keep it as it was their error.

Amazing service, thanks Amart! I guess honesty does pay off, I’ll make sure to tell that to my mum ☺️

The collection process was very simple and my items were ready to collect in a minute. The Man was very friendly and helped me lift the box into my car. Keep up the Great Work!

We purchased a cube storage bookshelf from Amart (online) and DAYS after it was delivered it was reduced in price significantly leaving us with a loss of over $100!!! The product is a Huff 9 cube bookshelf in a grey colour. We purchased this for the colour, otherwise would have stuck with IKEA which we have had in other rooms for years. This cube shelf is the most flimsy and cheap product I have ever bought. The only thing holding this together is the backing board which is also thin and weak. I had planned to use this in a room for storage but will likely get rid of it. I would have returned it but we had already assembled it. To lose over $100 in days after we purchased it for a product that is cheap and exceptionally poor quality is nothing but sheer disappointment. We will take our business elsewhere from now on. Advice to anyone shopping at Amart - hold off until final days of the sale to ensure you don’t get worked over or better still, go elsewhere.

The staff member we dealt with was wonderful. Not pushy, but very helpful. Would recommend.

My experience with Amart has been a good one. Staff were very helpful to help me chose my couches. Delivery time was quick, and delivery boys were amazing.
The only problem is that one of the recliner couches has a faulty mechanism. I'm hoping what is coming next will go just as smoothly.
