It took over 2 wks for me to receive my purchase that I assumed would be available in store and it took me emailing and calling the store on several occasions to finally receive my product that should have been in matte black but after unboxing it at home discovered it was gloss black. But as we had been waiting over 2 wks for my young sons new bed couldn't be bothered taking it back.

The product was as advertised. Great value for money. I would not use this item for an everyday bed unless used for a child; however, as a spare bed, or in our case, a bed will be used to train people in the disability services industry, it is certainly fit for purpose.
