my daughter loves her new bed, it has lots of storage and is iphone friendly with charging ports. no need for bedside tables this bed has it all!

There was no instructions delivered with boxes. The instructions found online have poor English/grammar and multiple mislabelled parts and hardware. The physical parts and hardware from the boxes were also mislabelled. There was missing screw points and dowel holes in several pieces, for example they weren't inserted and drilled respectively. The cables for the lights weren't long enough to reach the plug so only use one set of inbuilt lights (floor or head-cupboard or head-board) Poor customer service where I rang the store and spoke to the manager of the issues. I was told "have you read the instructions", "we can print you a new set of instructions if you come collect them", "contact our customer service to via chat/email", "we can't do anything when its a change-of-mind" It wasn't a "change-of-mind", it was a product that was not fit for purpose! Overall, I wont be buying from Amart again and will not recommend.

Overall, the finished product is nice. However the instructions, and the assembly process is abysmal. In the instructions, pieces are mislabelled, causing much confusion, the written instructions are riddled with errors, making it hard to understand what to actually do. A specific video assembly tutorial is sorely needed.
