Worst waste company every. Trying to charge £200 because they couldn't collect a skip. Lily Felton admitted she will get skip.l Collected in a few days but after a week wanted me to pay a charge. Refused to let me to speak to a manager. Refused the send me call recordings. Avoid avoid avoid..I have 4 million followers on tiktok. I will be updating call recordings about this company. No full refund for company inadequacies, misleading booking system, no booking confirmation e-mail, money straight out of your account and not to be seen again with no slip delivery due to company error.

I had 4 hiring skip from this company in last replacing skip they broke my garden's wall and they didn't accept they have done it even i had a witness but they said they wont accept their driver have done it unless you have recorded video so cost me £700 to fix it.
Although the pricing wasn't quite as advertised the service was courteous and prompt, especially skip collection. Would use again.
