I have been using Amayama for over a decade and they are my trusted source for new OEM parts! Very happy with the parts they supplied and their service. Their order processing and fulfilment system is phenomenal and highly efficient!

First of all - the actual surprise in finding an interior cab part for a 45 year old Mitsubishi pick up truck, and bearing "M" part # And packaging. Awesome. Reasonable delivery time. And excellent communications. This outfit is now in my "keepers" list. Triple A plus.

Liked the diagrams but when I left my FedEx account number in the comment section, they didn't include it when they shipped and a few months later I was charged customs.

I highly recommend this online store. The parts I ordered are exactly fit to the specifications. I am even surprised with the delivery time. I ordered June 19 and the parts was delivered June 26, a span of 7 days which is remarkable considering it came from Japan then shipped to the Philippines. Thank you very much Amayama company and FedEx for the job well done.

Would recommend to anyone looking for parts for their car, even if you own a unique vehicle where parts are a bit tough to find; only through here is it easy with fully labeled diagrams for each part of the vehicle. I've made multiple purchases, and what made it easier was the option to select local pickup rather than getting it delivered

After using Amayama for years, I will no longer be doing business with them. I recently needed a sensor for my car and, after entering the correct make, model, and year, I found a part listing with the description and image matching what I needed. However, the part I received was incorrect—it was a replacement for the later model of my vehicle that uses a different sensor.

When I contacted support to request a refund, I was told the issue was entirely my fault and that they would not be issuing a refund. According to them, I should have used the VIN search function (which doesn’t work) and requested a compatibility check. I didn’t think either was necessary, since the listing clearly matched the part I was looking for.

Just a warning: the parts you order from Amayama may be completely wrong, and if that happens, you may be held responsible—even when the error lies with their listing.

My Bad Experience with Amayama – A Warning Before You Buy

I’m sharing my personal experience with Amayama.com so others can be aware before making a purchase.

🔻 Delivery Took Much Longer Than Promised
The delivery time was far beyond what was initially estimated. I waited weeks with no real updates, while orders from other websites made around the same time were delivered much faster.

🔻 Cheap Part Prices… But That’s the Trap
Their prices may look low, and that’s what draws you in. But they make their profit through shipping.
They use unreliable shipping companies, yet charge you premium courier rates as if they’re using FedEx or DHL.
Worse still, they sent me over 3 emails requesting additional payment for the same order – it felt like I was being slowly upsold.

🔻 Very Poor Customer Service
Once you pay, their communication basically disappears.
They take 3 days or more to respond, and when they do reply, it’s vague, generic, or completely off-topic.
It’s clear that once they have your money, you’re no longer a priority.

🔻 Direct Comparison – Same Parts, Different Experience
From Amayama, I ordered right-side control arms for my car. At the same time, I ordered left-side control arms from another website.
The other site’s order arrived quickly, with excellent packaging, through a trusted courier, and for a lower shipping fee.
Meanwhile, Amayama was late, confusing, and stressful.

✅ Final Verdict:
My experience with Amayama was extremely disappointing.
I will never buy from them again – even if the parts were free.
If you’re considering ordering from them, do your research and look for better alternatives.

Easy and good website to order. Got informed through every step of delivery. Fast delivery and product nicely packedged in plastic wrap. Spareparts look new and OEM. will defenetly buy again when i need more parts .
