A young guy called Anthony came today - l am recently widowed and having to deal with stuff that I have no idea about - what a lovely young man - he told me that my loft was fine just a bit untidy and unless l wanted it for storage ( which at my age l don't) to leave it well alone - he could have tried to sell me something l didn't need so although l didn't need anything doing, l wanted to write a review to say how refreshing it was that a company was so honest

Definitely a 5 star rating for service and workmanship from the Amazing Lofts' team. Jack, Sam, Chris and Jay were the team doing the work for me last week and I can't praise them enough, they were both professional and friendly, they did an absolutely fantastic job and left everything so clean and tidy. I have already recommended them to friends and they are doing a job today for my friend down the road :)

I have now discovered the trap door is not fully closing and looks dangerous. I am concerned it may fall on me.

Smooth all the way through, a great quote visit with clear explanantions of what to expect. Easy to book and the men who came to do the work were really good, quick, efficient,very polite and clean. Great experience. I would recommend to anyone considering their adding a loft ladder or boarding their loft area. Now I have loads of clean, dry storage and easy access to it.

Great service
Communication was great when organising the boarding of our loft and workmen arrived on time and did a great job. Having the loft boarded to a high standard has made it a really useable space and given us a lot more storage space.
