I received coffee of the month as a gift. I received my first shipment today and was a bit disappointed that the coffee was ground- and for a machine I do not have.

I called customer service. A real human answered! Ben was really nice and was able to switch my future shipments to whole bean highly recommend!

No wait in calling for assistance. Diego took care of my request and understood my reason to cancel. I would use this service again! Amazing food, wine, and overall company policies!

We used Amazing Clubs for our employees Christmas presents this year and we are very pleased with the variety. Today we had a little mishap and one gift arrived inedible due to mold. My guess is that the package was compromised and it has been unseasonably warm. I spoke to Ben at customer service who was very nice and they are sending out a full replacement gift to my employee. It made everyone happy and I am so grateful that I didn't have to send it back or touch it at all! LOL Thank you, Ben!!!!

I've been ordering Amazing Club Fruit of the Month for several years as Christmas gifts. This year I had entered a recipient's address incorrectly. Diego called and left a polite message. I called back the next day, and the call went right through. Diego corrected the address and provided top notch customer service.

I have used Amazing Clubs for a few years now, and the gift recipients are always delighted. This year, although I had arranged for email announcements to be sent out on the 19th, at least one of them couldn't find hers and I hadn't heard from anyone else. Ben was very obliging, and double-checked addresses with me, but was also more than willing to resend the announcements. I had just finished my conversation with him when I received an acknowledgment and thank you from one of the others! Much relieved, and Ben did it all in the spirit of the Season. Kudos to him and to Amazing Clubs!!

I already had a Flower Club subscription but didn't know when it ended. Ben helped with that and then I placed my order to start after that one ended. Ben was prompt & courtesy. It took less than 2 mins from the time I placed the call to have my order completed.

Silly me, I ordered the same experience twice for my wife and realized I needed to cancel one order but was not able to do so on-line. Kendra was amazing in helping me to get the order staight and verifed on the cancellation. Great cusomter service and on the weekend!

Ben saved my Christmas!! When I ordered my candle club subscription for my sister, there was a typo in the address. Ben followed up with me confirm the correct address and mailing schedule. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had!

I’ve used amazing clubs for gifts on and off for years. The products are exceptional and the recipients are always happy with what they receive. This last time I ordered something and wanted to switch up what I ordered. I was afraid it was going to be a hassle but Kendra in customer support was awesome and made everything so easy. Highly recommend!
