Awful customer service. Do not recommend. Many more flooring companies offer refunds but they refused to accept 4 boxes of Amtico costing £500 despite one box arriving ripped. Ripped Off.

Excellent service and high quality product
Helpful, friendly, efficient and overall excellent. Went out of their way to ensure my fabulous Amtico flooring was arrived in time for the men laying it. Very highly recommended.

Got me out of a difficult situation. Let down by another supplier thus company delivered my floor quickly and were v helpful. Delivery driver was polite friendly and called an hour ahead. Great experience

Read refund policy!
Look at their small print as they don't accept partial orders. Especially annoying if your ordering laminate flooring as you never quite know how much you need (due to wastage). They wouldn't let me return 1 unopened pack. Strange as it was fully sealed and they could have easily sold it on.
I won't be using again.

Avoid them
Placed an order for over £400 and never get delivery, when I rang I found Out that they are not in stock so I asked for refund . Couldn't get money back, the phone was going to answer machine and nobody replied to my emails .
I had to call Citizen Advice and my Bank to get money back .

Far from Amazing
Placed an order for 50m2 of wood flooring and underlay. Advised to expect delivery the end of following week. Heard nothing, and the week came and went. A refund against price matched underlay is still missing despite it being promised three times. Took several requests to obtain invoice (they'd put email address into their computer wrong), delivery arrived today without underlay. They'd had to split it as Tuscan flooring wouldn't deliver it, or didn't stock it anymore - two different reasons in same call. I'm expected to chase the underlay delivery with TNT and to contact Amex about the refund they have failed so far to process. Far from Amazed!!

Avoid at all cost - do not trust this company
Emailed Amazing Flooring to find out if they had stock of a certain product, I was assured by Sally from Amazing Flooring that they could supply the product I wanted and it would be delivered within a week. I ordered, the money was taken, then I heard nothing, I contacted Amazing Flooring a couple of days later to find out if they could provide a delivery date as i had to make plans, only to find out that they could not supply the goods they had taken payment for! So not only had they taken money for goods they did not have, but also did not intend on contacting me to inform me of this.
On cancelling the order I am now experiencing great difficulty in retrieving the money paid for goods that could not be delivered.
