Bought a wheat bag for aches and pains. Later I injured neck and used the wheat bag on my pillow round my neck to ease the discomfort, the following morning I realised the wheat bag was not dye fast and ruined a pillow and cover. The grains inside the wheat pack are smaller than wheat as I know it. A shoddy product with questionable filling.

Bought one of their microwave wheat neck pad things from amazon, and it is nothing like what was advertised.

The bag is half full, so the contents roll from end to end. The filling does not get very hot in the microwave, despite doing it as per the instructions. It always comes out of the microwave wet, despite leaving on a radiator to dry out.

Normally, if you buy junk like this on Amazon, you can return the product for a refund, but for some reason, you can't return Amazing health products, and so they have an enormous money making con, fulfilled by amazon.

Steer well clear of this dishonest company as they do not stand behind their substandard products.

Bought a neck warmer from them via Amazon. It's too small, and I was unable to send the item back. This was not mentioned by Amazon initially, and I would have to get in touch with Amazing Helath. I emailed them - no response. Nothing amazing about this company!

I recently had an issue with a bracelet that belonged to my late father and has great sentimental value, after 20+ years the clasp wasn't closing properly.
Holly in customer service was amazing, she asked for pictures of the bracelet and promptly sent the replacement part out. Not only does the bracelet still work

I was buying a walking stick and the guy I spoke to was polite and really helpful. He said if I had any problem with the order online to call back which I did. He took the order over the phone and was extremely helpful. I decided to go with standard delivery. I ordered on Monday and received the walking sticks on Wednesday morning!
They were exactly what I wanted and were packaged really well. Thank you!

Had one of their wheat bags for Christmas. They come across as a great idea, and now that I've managed to figure out how to work it myself, the product itself is good. However the support and guidance on how to use them is rubbish and I worry it's been made with no real understanding.

The instructions state, heatin microwave for 80seconds on 1000w for perfect temperature. It also says 'do not heat for longer than this as bag might explode'.

I own a 750w microwave, microwaved it for 120seconds and it was still like warm. I've contacted Amazing Health, to ask how long I should microwave it for in a 750w microwave, assuming the scientists behind it would be able to answer all potential wattages of microwave (although I know no one with a 1000w microwave). I simply got a response basically saying 'we have no idea, just follow instructions', which leaves me to believe that the product and the company themselves are a big fraud.
