Terrible terrible terrible company!!

Terrible terrible terrible company!!!
Ordered a shirt for my birthday on May 28th it is now July 12th and still haven’t received it!!!
I reached out to them 3 times and they told me my order will ship on June 28th, but when I track it it says still printing! I then req a refund they refunded me $3 and said I can’t get a full refund because they already started printing it!
Today I asked for a full refund because this shirt still says printing, it’s been printing for almost 3 weeks now!!!
We will see what that they say this time but I will dispute with my bank if they say no again!!!

I must admit it took a while to get to…

I must admit it took a while to get to me but customer service was very quick to answer me and they were very professional. The product was of exceptional quality and very nice. I will order more from them. I will recommend them to my friends. They are legitimate!!

PERFECT!

Arrived a little later than anticipated, but definitely well worth the wait! It fits just right, the fabric feels nice, it’s been washed and dried several times and it’s still like brand new! I’ll be purchasing from them again!

Was wanting to give benefit of doubt to…

Was wanting to give benefit of doubt to this company, with Covid/lockdown but having other orders from the USA arrive within a week, there is no way an order I placed 9 weeks ago and still have no idea where it is. Getting blank email replies from 'customer service' too.

Slow processing could be understandable if there were some form of decent communication to the customer.

Avoid.

Took longer than I anticipated to receive but the print was better that I thought it would be. Great product. Would definitely buy again.

Do not order from this place

Do not order from this place....I ordered a shirt May 25th....they say 5-15 to process your order and deliver......it’s now July 7th and I still have no shirt. I understand that due to COVID-19 there may be delay but a going on to two months now....very upsetting.

Not even worth 1 star. Been waiting for my order for around a month now. Never got a confirmation email but they sure as h*ll charged me for it. They blame it all on COVID-19, using it as an excuse, well they can’t blame the terrible customer service on COVID. Emailed them in hopes of a order number, an estimated time or even a refund. They asked for every bit of my information just about short of my SSN. SKETCHY. I’ll take the loss in money before sending my private information over a hardly legitimate email. Absolutely the worst online ordering experience I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your time or your money. Seriously terrible.

They are ok!

I have ordered from them several times during this Covid19 crisis. If you are patient and not rush to assessment about delivery during this very difficult time for Healthcare workers and delivery providers, which my husband and I both are on Cape Cod MA, you know, the place this country started,then I would remind you to give them a break. They are not fake. I do suggest to order t-shirts one size smaller.

I would advise to hesitate ordering from this company

I would advise no one buy from this company! I ordered a mug and matching t-shirt as a gift, both with matching phrase and picture. He received the mug today, not the right color, not the right shape, no phrase! Plus, did not receive the matching T-shirt! However, he filled the mug with hot water and the mug changed to the right color, with the phrase.....company needs to do a better job in describing what to expect! Now where is that damn T-shirt!

DO NOT BUY from this company

DO NOT BUY from this company. I placed my order on June 6th, the t-shirt was to be a Fathers Day gift. I called the company and basically they read their shipping policy to me and said it could be up to 20 days from the time the payment is processed to receive. I just checked and the shirt is still “printing” and states that it will take another 20 days after the printing to receive. I have already been waiting 29 days and nothing but regret at this point.

Don't buy. Will ruin your birthday😤

Nothing "amazing" about this company. They blame everything on Covid-19 for how bad customer service is. I thought your homebase is in the USA. Your only 1000 miles away from where I live. I'm sure your products come from China hence the long process time. Come on people. I could have driven to 211 N Pennsylvania St #600, Indianapolis, IN 46204 and back by now as a pickup order. I doesn't take 20 days to print a shirt or hat. Make this right and stop using Covid-19 excuse for terrible business management. Happy 4th of July, "American" business company. Nothing to celebrate here. Stay away if you care about customer service. Expectations are low after reading first 7 and probably accurate reviews. If you're running a business this way, its time to shutdown and regroup. You're company is scamming customers at this point.

Ordered a t-shirt on may 20th it is now…

Ordered a t-shirt on may 20th it is now July 3rd. Every time I email them they tell me it will be shipped June 18th! Well guess what that has come and passed along time ago. They did refund me 11 bucks from the order but still has yet to ship. Terrible company.

Most horrible tank ever

If I could put a zero I would. The shirt took 2 months to arrive and is the cheapest cotton imaginable at a very costly price.
I cannot reiterate enough not to purchase a shirt from these folks; no matter how cute you think the shirt or graphics are - it is total garbage!!!!!

I wish there were minus stars

I wish there were minus stars. The product is you ever get it is decent; the problem is it takes forever to get it.
Placed 2 orders on 5/13/20, got 1 item on June 8, still waiting on the other. As others say customer service is a joke. They confused the orders during communications, still the one order is waiting to print. I did get them to give a partial refund, but it shouldn't take 45 days to print a shirt. If it does, them say so clearly on your website. Will never use them again and will tell anyone I know to stay away from them.

Avoid at all costs

Giving them 1* is too kind. 6-week lead time with, disgraceful / non-existent (automated) customer service, and the quality it pathetic. In my opinion, all positive reviews on here (5*, are you kidding me??) are as automated as their customer service. I requested to cancel my order on multiple occasions and they said it wasn't possible - so they'll ask you to honour the order but won't do themselves. Avoid them now, while you still can.
