Amazon's service is really bad
Amazon's service is really bad! They only ship the items after a week and a half, they employ people in customer service who don't provide good service and those people make promises and don't keep them. It's no longer possible to talk to them via chat from Israel, it's not possible to talk to them by phone and they don't even have an email where you can talk to them there. They demand that I return an item I ordered after customer service promised me that I could keep it for myself as compensation and the sellers on Amazon all they care about is money and they don't consider the customers.

Please DO NOT USE AMAZONE they are ok when things run smoothly but if you have problem with them there customer service is a disgrace for a big company like they are.I have been waiting 4 weeks for 3 refunds on items I send back and still waiting they tell u lies unbelievable company the stress and anxiety this company has cost me is appalling so please don’t use them.

With a prime membership you save on the delivery fee which is £4.99 for each package delivered so it more than pays for itself.

Amazon stole my money
Amazon stole my money. I ordered a pair of shoes online and then decided to cancel but it was too late as the order shipped. I contact the customer service and they told me to just refuse the package at Canada post so I did. It then showed in tracking that customer refused package and is being returned. The order was then marked as canceled. I received an email from Amazon that if I don’t upload my id then they will not be refunding me.

Had a few deliveries from Amazon. They deliver when they say they will. Products usually match description and have had no issues with returns. Do find it a bit odd when the delivery says "handed to resident" when it has clearly been just dropped on driveway or left on doorstep. Otherwise 5 stars.

Won’t deliver on time, delivery dates keep on changing for multiple products..! I don’t even know how this company hasn’t gone bankrupt yet..! When contacted customer service and asked why all the products getting delayed and not honoring their delivery date not even once they speak rude and unprofessional. How can a multi billion dollar company doesn’t even have standards and proper training to their employees about customer service even though when their own company is at wrong..! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR
I ordered from Amazon Now for the first time and didn’t get the entire order containing 5 different items. There was no way of contacting the delivery guy and neither did he call me. This was my first and last time ordering from amazon now or Amazon! I filed a complaint in customer care- they replied after 6 days in a very unprofessional threatening mail- ‘We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time’; and said that I continued to violate their return policy!! No resolution was provided in the form of refund or replacement- for an order containing 5 items, worth Rs.400 roughly. Even on repeated complaints, the replies were still vague, unprofessional and no resolution provided either on the call or on mail. (I asked them to cite instances of return policy violation-
To which they replied Oh we haven’t blocked your account. It is still active. And still no resolution to the paymet I made for an order not received). On call- the executives kept forwarding the call to each other and one guy put me on indefinite hold (the line literally got disconnected on its own after 15 mins of holding the call). WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. What’s worse, they didn’t even let me post this review on their website citing some problem with the review! They maybe think I don’t use amazon much, but they don’t know how frequently I use amazon (through my sister’s amazon prime account as that remains logged in) and I almost order daily from Blinkit, which would have been replaced by Amazon Now had they responded in a better way. But now neither I nor any family member is going to use Amazon or Amazon prime or Amazon Now. Keep up the WORST work and keep losing customers Amazon!

Ordered Mucoff and Weldtite cycle lube from Amazon. Next day they tell me the Weldtite is out of stock but deljvef half the order i.e. the Mucoff lube. Yet I go onto the site and Weldtite is still being sold. I now have to incur another postage charge to order the Weldtite and incur another postage charge. Had I ordered both from a competitor I would have incurred one postage charge. Tried to complain online but got diverted to a 'partner site' which was an utter dead end. All I got from the online (un)assistant is, 'I cannot help you.' Poor supply service and appalling complaints service (well non existent). Deliberate tactic to divert a dissatisfied customer into a dead end. Just not good enough.
Non delivery ( again) of package!
Although package was stated as handed to resident it was not This is blatant dishonesty! After checking the surrounding area the package was not found! This is the second non delivery of a package in 5 days although both were registered by courier as being delivered. If the courier service does not improve I will consinder only using ebay and other sellers to be sure of delivery.
If Amazon wants to keep regular customers and account holders satisfied it will have to take the appropriate action and not employ unethical and dishonest couriers!
My AMAZON account was hacked on March 28th. Amazon No Help!
UPDATE: My account was just restored. Some scammer in LA bought a pinki spiral notebook and picked it up. She also unseccessfully tried to purchase a Macbook. Thankfully, Amazon cancelled the computer order. The name on the account and the credit card were different and can be viewed on my cancelled orders. I may involve the authorities at this point.
I am not sure what actually worked. It was a frustrating and upsetting experience. Amazon needs to update and improve its security and its access to escalation teams and stop with the lies and confusion. I am grateful to have my account back; I NEVER want to go through this again.

My account was hacked on March 28th. According to Reddit, this is a common occurrence; many Amazon Prime Account holders have lost access to their Amazon accounts and have gotten no help from Amazon.
Customer support is ridiculous and promises to escalate the case are empty!
I have called customer support daily and have been told that the account is on hold and that the issue has been escalated. Each new representative tells me that the issue has NOT been ESCALATED. My repeated requests to speak with a supervisor have been ignored.

My wife and I purchase thousands of dollars of merchandise every year from Amazon. Now, I have lost that ability. The monthly subscribe and save items are under my account (Locarbdiner).

I shop on Amazon regularly. Some items have been great other not quite as advertised, however I have always found Amazon customer service to be helpful & efficient Easy to get to speak to someone. I have no worries of ordering from Amazon as any problems I'm confident will be addressed & resolved quickly.
Amazon cannot be trusted 
I was promised a refund by an Amazon agent. When I came back to collect it, I was told the promise was “misinformation” — their word, not mine. I was then passed between. The time, stress, and energy this cost me was completely avoidable. They wasted over an hour of my day, raised my hopes, and then pulled the rug out.
If Amazon’s staff cannot be trusted to keep their word, customers deserve to know that before they waste their time. different agents, each one refusing to honour what their colleague had committed to.

Full of Temu knock offs
Bought solar panel off Amazon which is a Temu knock off. Bought in December and used on April 6/7 when sunny and panel not fully working. Messaged seller and they just replied with my purchase dates… ask Amazon to step in as no resolution provided and Amazon just closed off the request? I will have to dispose of the solar panel at a skip yard. Not happy at all with Amazon, they didn’t do anything to help resolve. I won’t be using amazon again.
Why oh why does Amazon allow Market…
Why oh why does Amazon allow Market Place sellers to advertise next day delivery when their courier of Choice doesn’t deliver NEXT DAY OR EVEN NEXT WEEK. Amazon BOT just says if not received by x date come back, then you request a refund then Amazon just add more time as they are aware of the reality of the failings of said courier. Trading Standards should investigate the misrepresentation of the advert.
