Found an item, not available in Denmark. Authentic designer shoes at a fairly good price. The shoes arrived quickly.

Expensive postage from the UK to Denmark compared to a lot of other companies, and I will also recommend not accepting Amazone's money-exchange, as it will cost you extra.

I ordered a product from England on December 7th.
It is a product that I can no longer get in Denmark, so I was excited to see how long I had to wait to get it sent from England.
The product, however, was delivered to my address in Denmark on December 10th already, so I am very pleased with Amazon.co.uk.

I ordered & paid for a product from marketplace on Amazon which never arrived.
The product was cheap, so no great loss. What really outraged me is the fact that when I wanted to post a feedback about payment but no delivery, the Amazon website did not allow me to post a negative review. So I was not able to warn other customers about that particular company. The feedback I wanted to leave was not abusive, just stating facts.
Not happy!

I ordered three books on May 1 and arrived in good condition today 6 May Satisfied greeting from Denmark

As so many times earlier I ordered books from Amazon.uk.co. well in time for them to arrive before Xmas. I got a normal nice inforamtion 2 days ago that they are on their way. Arriving well in time before xmas.

Then today suddenly I get mail that my returned package has been paid back to my account. In chat a nice person tells me simply sorry this is what it is the only possiblity I have is to reorder them.... Now I do not think they will come in time. I asked them to pay for business/quick shipment -- no answer. So would be up to me to pay for quick shipment to cover Amazon's mistake.

I am very, VERY, VERY disappointed -- this is basics!!!

Have been Amazaon client more than 10 years -- this is really BAD!!! I used to be strong advocate FOR amazon -- I named it many times as my favorite e-company. This happy relationship is over now!

Ive use Amazon for years, one advantage over Ebay are product reviews, but noticed this daft 'minimum order' that many of the good carry, specially if its only small items you are wanting that you cant locate locally, I do like the Amazon Locker system, which everybody is trying to copy, the sooner more merchandisers are onboard the better

Amazon has always been my primary itnernet purchase gateway. It's easy to use, easy to navigate and it has absolutely everything you want. Literally. Don't believe me? Search and see!
The delivery options are varied and make ordering different items at the same time simple depending on how urgent you need it. I've never had a problem with Amazon directly and the few i have had with the other sellers have been resolved efficiently and honestly without having to involve amazon.

I have used this website a number of times and few times products issues have happened by other companies but amazon have been very helpful sort this out and even in the event of products from themselves they have been very helpful.

I will keep using amazon for my purchases for years to come and recommend them to others.

Not once has this company let me down. Goods ordered always arrive on time and their system of giving you progress details is superb. The stock everything and have deals with most companies. Thank God not with 02 the mobile carrier, which I will never use again. Besides, rumour is they are low man on the mobile totem pole.

Been a costumer on amazone for many years and never had any issues.

Recent order from one of Amazones external companies, and got 2/3 of my order. I wrote to Amazone, and within 3 hours I had the missing order fully refunded.
