Audio was excessively loud, popcorn was terrible

AMC needs to remove the dine in experience because it's a joke. Instead of ordering at your seat you got to order it at the bar. Then their short staff so the person is got a line of people waiting and others standing joking around trying to decide what they want holding up the line even more. When they Introduced dine in, it was a great experience, now it's a joke. Just go ahead and take it out.

went to linden amc we were treated like garbage by janet the manager.we could not wait to go we bought 55.00 worth of food we asked about refill of carmel large corn no problem just like regular .when we went for refill was told no and to leave never even saw end of movie dont go staff even told us no company just them so leave so we did dont go there

This was our second visit to AMC theater since COVID and waited in line 28 minutes to purchase tickets because the ticket kiosks were not staffed so tickets had to be purchased at the concession stand. (Even those who paid a "convenience fee" to purchase tickets online had to stand in a slow moving, long line to get verified.) A number of potential patrons stepped out of line and left the theater. Unsatisfactory!!

Completely disappointed with AMC Marquis 16, Trumbull CT. Professionals at the order counter totally unprepared and acting as if they were being forced to work. I ordered Chicken Tenders and a Coke, this cost me almost $18, for 4 pieces of chicken (extremely salty) and a soda. The chicken took almost 20 minutes to cook and I almost missed the beginning of the movie. You guys need to improve those screens, A-list members at least deserve rooms with bigger screens. Room 3 very small screen. People around talking all the time, loud laughter, people running on the stairs, not worth the effort. Even if you pay more for benefits that should exist and do not exist there. Look for another AMC.

I honestly was disappointed in the fact that I couldn’t watch the movie sound of freedom peacefully without any distractions and it feels as if I’m not the only one having this kind of trouble thousands and thousands of people have spoken about it and have had the same problems.

Wayyy toooo loud, freezing, with unsupervised unprofessional teens running the show. It was clean.
Please hire an adult manager and turn it down. Way down. And supply clean blankets; like the airlines.

Looks like it is time to boycott and remove AMC theatres. They are trying to make it to where we can’t or won’t watch Sounds of freedom. The left has done it again. Will no longer support AMC theatres. And hope you like my TikTok and instagram post about you as well. I have over 22 million followers. And I pray they don’t support you either.

Purchased tickets beforehand...went with my family July 5 mid-afternoon. The heat in the theater was nearly unbearable. The movie was good so we tolerated it, rather than asking for refunds

I totally love the AMC Courthouse theater. I’ve seen several movies there, but recently just wanted a movie snack (popcorn and drink). Just for full disclosure I’m a senior. I purchased my items but tripped and fell on the way to my car. The staff was so kind and helpful, offered to replace my items and help me get to my vehicle. I’m grateful for their help and I enjoyed my treats at home!

Tuesday discounted pricing keeps increasing and not being given a legit reason for this. Truly disappointed in AMC. No point to even go to Tuesday movie showings when they keep increasing prices.

Westmoreland is the most digesting theatre I have ever been in. Filthy entrance, soda and food area. Bathrooms like I have never seen before, urine and feces in every stall, no soap in dispensers, water every where and no paper towels. You should be ashamed AMC! You will get what you give!

The AMC 16 in Schererville, IN rarely has the food that they advertise! I went last weekend and there was no cheddar popcorn and no pizza. There were only a handful of vehicles in the parking lot for a Saturday afternoon. Whoever is in charge of ordering needs replaced!

I went to see the Flash on 6/19/23 and they were not running the movie; in Dover Delaware. It was not playing. The only movie was ‘a whole new world’… and Elemental. If you are going to advertise daily, then it should be “Daily”!!!!!! If this happens again, I will drive 40 miles to another theater, and brand to see any movie. I have had it up to here with forcing sales on particular movies that suck in the first place.
