Bad customer service

I bought a item on 27 March and so far I didn’t get anything. I try all the time to contact the customer service but maximum I get is to talk to AI and wait for more than 1h to get a real person and still when I reply the real person (even at the same moment) I get again AI. I tried to call but I only hear that there is noone available at the moment and then the call drops. It’s really a disrespectful customer service. Even to cancel the purchase is being difficult.

I have personally reached out to our logistics department to investigate why the PD-1662 GMT (Black Blue / Jubilee) and the Pagani Design Premium Packaging have not yet been dispatched, despite our earlier efforts to prioritize your shipment. I’m disappointed with my recent…

I’m disappointed with my recent experience at America Today Haarlem. I bought a jacket there, and after a short period it already started to get some tears. When I went back to the store to explain the issue, they didn’t offer any solution or even acknowledge the problem.

I expected better service, especially for something that was barely used. Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience for me.

Their sizing is god awful

Their sizing is god awful , one item i need a medium others an XL... in mens they carry up to a xxl in sotre and like size 36 sometimes even 38 in jeans asked if they also had this for women ( maybe online only wouldve been fine) but no! instead i got a weak apology about thse sizes not being profitable and difficult to produce ...
the people at the store i was in seemed nice enough its not like they can do much about it but they couldve just said no ,i dont wanna hear corprate talk about it not being profitable.

Purchased the raincoat in main store…

Purchased the raincoat in main store Beijenkorf in NL, only after 1 year inside the hoodie the cover is damaged and cracked.
When I approached the main branches America today there feedback was that they can't help as I need to go to the shop where it's purchased.
What a silly answer for a company like this, no customer service at all.
So they sell the items which are not cheap but when you have problem they are not willing to support

The white t-shirt arrived dirty

The white t-shirt arrived with brown spots like coffee. The company requested me to pay 1.99€ for return shipping. It was already the second time I made such an experience with white clothes.
Two articles I ordered and paid were suddenly out of stock. Such a bad experience.

The entire procedure of return and also…

The entire procedure of return and also the overall experience was awesome.. however few things to change
1) the stores are not aware of the exchange procedure. I had to spend a lot of time to explain the procedure to them.
2) all your product which has 2 way zip take atleast 7 mins to lock the Zip and draw it to closure.. which becomes difficult when it is cold or raining.. this feedback is for puffer long jackets.

2 purchases both bad experience

Unfortunately I have 2 bad experiences with your products, first one, I purchased 1 rain jacket for my wife on the 1 of July 2023 from. Utrecht shop, and out of sudden last week, it start to grow pump shape bubble in the back of the jacket then the rubber start to torn off.
Furthermore, 2 weeks again I buy rain jacket for myself, when it reached home, the was a sign of wear and use of it and also there is small torn in the right shoulder. And that's why I return it back.

Don't buy your rain coat here

Don't buy your rain coat here. The quality is incredibly poor, and the customer service provided by America Today is equally disappointing. I bought a rain jacket in September 2022, and when I started wearing it again this autumn, I noticed that the outer layer was peeling off in multiple places, rendering the coat completely unwearable.

I went to the store, they couldn't do anything about it. Spending 90 euros on a raincoat that I have to discard after just one year of use. What a waste of money and resources. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable and durable option elsewhere.

Bad quality jackets

I bought 3 Janice Rain jackets in different colors during the last year. I got it from the closet to wear on this autumn and all them are falling apart, peeling off and unwearable. I contacted the company who said they can't do anything about it as I do not have the fiscal cupoms anymore and it is more than one year ago. I would never pay 80 euros in a jacket that I have to throw on the garbage after an year. Hopefully more people will read it and do not have to have all this waste.

Horrible fish smell

Horrible fish smell on the rain jacket

I bought a Janice rain jacket from online shop and when I received the package there was an unbearable fish smell as if the jacket was packed with the fish itself. I waited a few hours but the smell is not going anywhere.

And the worst thing is, the product is not suitable for washing or dry cleaning. That is unbelievable and I have to pay for the return fee. That is unacceptable, I really don't recommend anybody to shop from online sale.

Terrible, DISRESPECTFUL service

Pathetic company with no respect for their customer. I ordered a rain coat with them and have waited now almost a month to receive it. After several visits to their stores and email exchanges they have finally decided that the rain coat has been lost and they will refund me the price. No compensation whatsoever was offered for the time and effort I have wasted trying to figure out this situation. I spoke to one of their workers on the live chat (another hour waisted) and after a long discussion and explanation that I should receive more than a refund they offered a 10% discount which I already have as a student. Pathetic is all I can say. If they were a fair brand like many other clothing companies that I have ordered from they would offer the rain coat for free at this point or at least a respectable >10% discount for the next order. This is just A JOKE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.
