The staff refused to reimburse me after professional scammer artists steal $5,000 on credit card and credit union refuses to reimburse me! HELP!😩🙏

In late March of 2025 criminals targeted me, in an elaborate hoax and stole most of the life insurance money of my husband of 43 years, Al that left me broke and broken.
I’m also handicapped, therefore this life insurance money would insured that I’d be as well cared for in death as I was in life by my beloved husband.
MetLife is the institution where the majority of this money was stolen from me.
Prior to all of this, the manager of American1 CU, talked into getting a credit card, even tho I’ve personally been against using them, because she said that it would help my credit score. I put the card in my wallet and forgot about it.
The scammers got a cash advance for $5,000 which was the credit card limit. The criminals used my bank account to buy countless meals from Uber Eats and Uber IN WISCONSIN! I LIVE IN MICHIGAN! They bought other things too. The credit union reimbursed me for every charge that fraudulently charged to my account.
I was told I, myself was responsible to pay off the $5,000.credit card bill “because I gave them my information”. I BEG YOUR PARDON! When I resisted this, I was told that the staff would THINK ABOUT reimbursing the five grande if I got a police report and gave them the police report number.which I later did. I have been waiting well over 6 months for a reply from these people!!
My credit, which was actually quite good BEFORE I got a credit card is terrible. I refuse to pay that credit card off. Why would they reimburse the other charges and not the credit card fraud? I am so upset about this, which has made the trauma of not only losing the love of my life, but I had the money which would have allowed my future to be financially secure, but I’ve been ripped off yer again, by seemingly very nice individuals that were in mmy pretending to have common, human decency! I am so hurt by all this in my heart and soul. I just want to hide my head n shake and ugly cry. God help me.
