American Debt Enders 

Your sister company for payday loans. Garbage. Lady sounded groggy on the phone and then completely hung up on me. Called again. Man answers and I asked if I’m calling a COMPANY OR A HOME because he sounded Like he just rolled out of bed too. He is rude (I said he was an A-hole and that I’d go somewhere else—that there were a billion debt relief companies that are out there).
Says that they are global— Maybe they were asleep— maybe I just got handed the bad ones. Big no.
I don’t need you to feel sorry for me. Laughing. When people call you to use your business, you use pleasant tones. You don’t hang up
And you don’t answer the phone or get testy when asked a legitimate question. They sounded like they just woke up. Said they had a ‘home office’.
(The response below is a lie. They were NOT nice or happy to help a new customer and if my saying someone is acting like an A- hole, then they are. ‘I’ do not lie)

Absolutely the worst experience. 100% false claims and

I'm updating what's happened since my last review. "RICHARD GARCIA" of American Debt Enders was the one who originally signed me up with the "US Hardship group" and guaranteed I would be debt free In 18-24 months, that turned out to be a total lie and a disaster with me losing $1000's of dollars with nothing In return, please read my review on the "US Hardship group". So back to "RICHARD GARCIA" of "AMERICAN DEBT ENDERS". As I was going through the nightmare with "US Hardship group", I reached out to "RICHARD GARCIA" to check into the Problems I was dealing with at "US Hardship group", well to no surprise his phone number was disconnected with no forwarding number to reach him, I tried reaching out to "US Hardship group" to get his Info so I could contact him and they told me they did not have that Info. So moving forward a bit, I got feed up with "US Hardship group" not returning my calls or emails while taking there monthly withdrawal out of my checking account, so I wrote them a scathing email on how I was treated and what a "CON JOB" they pulled "STEALING" My money, I also ended my contract with "US Hardship group". Well guess who called me the same day with his concerns for me. "RICHARD GARCIA" That's right the one who signed me up then disappeared and changed his phone #, now giving me excuses why he changed his number and why "US Hardship group" wouldn't give me any info on his where about's or how to contact him. He swore up and down that it was all a misunderstanding and he was working in my best interest, so I played along as he told me he would make sure I got a partial refund and would get me back with "US Hardship group", "OK" "Make it happen". Well after several weeks and a bunch of promise's of a refund and communication with "US Hardship group" as well. Sadly neither one happened,no refund of any kind and not a single phone call, I wrote "RICHARD GARCIA" Of "AMERICAN DEBT ENDERS" that it has been weeks and no communication from the other side, he side step the question, then I wrote back and told him he never answered my Question, his response and I quote, I DON'T KNOW... STOP WITH THE ATTITUDE", ???????, That should send shivers down your spine and tell you everything you need to know about " AMERICAN DEBT ENDERS" "US HARDSHIP GROUP" and especially the " SNAKE" "RICHARD GARCIA" that got me into this mess that has now turned a solvable problem Into a "NIGHTMARE" and has turned our family financial situation into major crisis mode. "BEWARE OF THESE LOW LIFES AND THERE CON".

This company has helped me more than I imagined. I feel good knowing that there are people helping me. Everyone is nice.

Just got off the phone with a man named John called in nervous because I got a phone call threatening legal action and being 100% honest I wasn’t educated about how the process worked. He explained it perfectly so happy I called before giving out any information or signing a contract !

Hi my name isLeticia and I just spoke to John. I have to THANK YOU for being a company that’s honest and not out to steal from you. Other companies just want to get you in more debt. Mr. John, God Bless him! Just gave me the best advise and didn’t cost me a cent. If you are worried about your debt, please call this company, you won’t regret it. Thank you!

John is great to work with, he always answers when you call. He makes you feel at ease.

I appreciated the fact that he made me feel much better after going through every aspect of the program, and even if I had any questions, his personal number to contact him. He is definitely an asset to the company and grateful he is my counselor with this program.
