Despite purchasing a gift card to enable my Son to buy a product he saw for his birthday this company point blank refuse to refund the gift card. In this case the item shown on the website is incorrect and therefore the product that arrived is entirely not as described under trading standards. Customer service has been appalling. This is a company that cares more about marginal profits than true customer service.
