was given time to browse various products and was approached by floor staff to inquire what I was looking for. I was then directed to a sales person who selected three types of club and then tested them in the range. I was happy with the results of a benross club which I then purchased. There was no pressure sales and the staff were knowledgeable, given that experience I will return.
