I’ve owned an MGI for 4 years and it has failed on me twice. The first unit stopped working just under 2 years in, but was replaced under warranty. Unfortunately, the replacement broke down again just under 2 years later (so still within the original 5-year warranty period). Despite this, I was told I had to pay for the replacement. In my view, a product at this price point should be far more reliable, and the warranty should have covered the second failure. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend MGI.
