Re Ladies waterproof trouser. I Tried to purchase items online but after several weeks of calling both the shop and customers services the items never arrived. It seemed that nobody had a clue what was happening. In the end I then got my money back but that wasnt simple as Customer services said I had to go to the store to get the refund. Realy, in this day and age. The order was placed on the 10th November 2025 and I got the refund on the 10th jan 2026. Perhaps 3 stars has over rated the service i received
