The box arrived damaged. The mitts would not work on my Motorcaddy M5GPS DHC. I had the Ib port replaced by an authorised repairer and they still wouldn’t work. Apparently this is a fault with the M5 GPS trolley that Motorcaddy are aware off. Very disappointed that I had to pay for a repair and return my Christmas present
Although the AG website says that these mittens are suitable for the Motocaddy S1 trolley, when I returned them to the Lincoln store, I was told that they are not. They simply did not get warm throughout my 4 hour round of golf. A complete waste of money, which was refunded to me when they were returned.
Purchased for my husband for Christmas and they had their first outing today! He said they were really good and kept his hands nice and warm - perfect!

Still to be tried on the course but they look good so far.
