Haven't received item yet, still dealing with customer care who are absolutely abysmal. Item returned to supplier before it got to by courier, DPD damaged?. American Golf basically not interested.
Trolley is brilliant but the way it came was not good, the box was all smashed up held together with tape on 2 corners, the delivery driver carried it just holding 1 handle which came out in he’s hand has he got to the door so the box smashed too the floor, inside the packaging was smashed up in the one side so no protection at all for the trolley, which left one side of the trolley scratched and has I need it for the next day 1st thing I couldn’t really send it back.

Purchased for my husband, who is very pleased with this trolley. Especially as it makes a round of golf much more enjoyable not having to push/pull your own trolley. He is also very impressed with the extras it came with.
