When unpacked the mat had creases in it which refused to lay flat. I then noticed that the glue was also coming unstuck where it joined the plastic ramp. I have returned it. Refund given no quibbles.

Works great. The plunger pushes the ball back about 1.5m on a thick carpet (expect more on a hard floor). The distance is very consistent.
