I was looking for good value balls and found the Volvik UR3 at half price - a bargain for a higher quality ball. First use was quite impressive - longer than normal from tee & on well hit fairway shots and straighter than my usual fade shape. A new favourite ball for my bag.

I am a low swing speed single figure golfer. I find that the Volvik UR3 performs in a comparable manner to my usual Pro V1x. I have found no loss of distance, and only marginally less spin going in to the greens. The UR3 feels the same as a Pron V1x too, so I would not describe it as a soft ball. The UR3 is a very good golf ball and is excellent value for money.
