Lou's kind of a jerk

I don't understand why they have any good reviews. I needed a new 150 w laser tube. I followed all the directions on their website including emailing and confirming that the tube was correct. When it arrived the tube was indeed incorrect. Jay admitted they were at fault. They're willing to refund the money as long as I paid something like $600 in shipping. I purposely went to them cuz I did not want to spend more money on a big online retailer. But the truth is that online retailer has everything they have for far cheaper. I would avoid American photonics and go with Jeff. Not Lou, he's a jerk.

Terrible customer service

I had a horrible experience with American Photonics. I purchased alignment tools from them. Unfortunately, the items I received were defective and I had to contact their customer service team to ask for a replacement. They promised to ship a replacement the following day, but after a week of waiting and following up, I was told they would refund me instead.
What followed was a month of frustration - 17 emails exchanged, 3 incorrect refunds issued, and a lot of wasted time.
It was truly an unbelievable experience. Their customer service is horrendous, they have no clue on how to do their jobs.

Quality of products I purchased is top…

Quality of products I purchased is top notch. Purchased Si Mirrors and Lens for a 70w laser and the machine is cutting and engraving better than ever. Shipping was fast; I received my order in 2 days after my online purchase. I will be ordering from this company again
