Your representatives are awesome. They tried to work with me but just could not get my ex boyfriends name off my accounts. His name is not on my titles, we live in different households...His name should not be on my policies. Just today I read an email addressed to my ex thanking him for payment. Why is he getting thanked for payment? I made the payment from my bank account on my vehicle. I love your people especially Tanner and Laura the breaking straw was no one could get his name off all my policies and with him being violent, abusive, I do not want him finding me. I didn't feel safe staying with American family Ins.

Matt took the time to meet with me and go through my options for my insurance and did not try to force any more insurance than I needed on me. He told me what to expect in the coming year or two.

Working with Julie Pizinger was an absolute joy!! I felt like I was on a shopping trip with the girls rather than buying insurance. She was light fun and yet able to get me the very best policy's for my needs at affordable rates. I would recommend American Family any day.

My insurance needs are complicated with rentals, multiple cars, teen driver classic car, and umbrella. They were helpful and great!

The worst insurance company I have ever tried to sign up with. The biggest negative is there isn't a single person or office you deal with. The people who sign you up are not the people who address problems, even if it is only 24 hours later. Different departments and people for different issurance products, e.g., auto vs. home vs umbrella. It was all a convoluted mess and they were force to cancel my policies less than 24 hours after issuing them because of their mistakes. I will likely never give them a second chance because it cost me 10+ hours of wasted time. And getting refunds is horrible too. They still rely primarily on postal mail.
