NOTICE OF INTENTS TO INITIATE LEGAL PROCEEDING
Dear AMGRAY,
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
This letter denotes my intention to initiate legal proceedings due to unresolved issues with your company's services. I am motivated to arrive at an amicable resolution prior to escalation to a court of law. For the past four years, I have been utilizing your company's warehouse forwarding services to facilitate purchases from prominent online retailers such as eBay, Amazon, and Walmart. My business model is largely reliant upon these purchases, which are regularly forwarded to Nigeria for resale. On December 15, 2023, I dispatched a shipment consisting of various products, including multiple instances of Apple iPhone models, a wireless car kit, garments, and second-generation Apple AirPods Pro. Full payment for this shipment was fulfilled, as referenced by invoice number AIR951712, which totaled to an amount of $194.50. This shipment was scheduled to be delivered in Lagos, Nigeria on or prior to December 22, 2023. However, AMGRAY LOGISTICS LLC has not yet delivered said shipment and has failed to provide an adequate explanation for this lapse in service. Furthermore, my attempts at communication have not only been rudely ignored, but I have also been threatened with total barring from your communication avenues. Consequently, I feel compelled to express my intention to sue. I remain open to an agreeable resolution to this dispute. If you wish to discuss the matter further, please contact me at the email on my account or pone number. Should I not receive a response by May 02, 2024, I will have no choice but to file a lawsuit against your company. In the eventuality of a lawsuit, I fully intend to seek the maximum legal recompense, which may include additional damages, legal fees, court costs, and accrued interest. This letter is my final endeavor to amicably resolve the dispute out of court and salvage our professional relationship. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Razaq Hammed
