Order not Received/Despatched

Ordered on 20th June 2021. Received an email with a Tracking Number created. It is now 5 weeks later and my order has not been despatched. I have received no communication about a backorder and no response to emails requesting information. Never again will I order here

The dress came in quicker than…

AS A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER IM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

order #112569170 The dress came in quicker than anticipated so that was nice. The dress looks nothing like the pictures though. It only comes to my calves and I ordered a large and I’m 5’4. The cut of the shoulders is messed up on one side and continues to fall off my shoulders while the other side stays on. Up close the dress looks cheaply made. I attempted to find out how to make a return I sent several emails but no any answer then i went on the internet and did find a help number which is Nine one nine⁹³⁹²⁵⁴⁴with the help of this service number i was able to get in touch with customer service !!!!Return information given in timely manner by representative !!!!!!Needed help with a return. They rectified the situation without any problems. More than helpful! Trusted positive customer service experience. that is very hard to come by these days! Thanks

This site is so good. They have different outfits and such and the prices are fair especially with discount codes you could use.

Back again unfortunately

Back again unfortunately!
I finally received one of the two refunds I requested, but have not gotten a response in regards to the second one! I’m almost certain I got the first refund because I came here to make a complaint. Well I’m back again since this seems to be the only thing this company responds to these days. I’d like my second refund on an item that was purchased but not in stock at the time!

Lost a customer for life! Zero srvc

Zero customer service! Cheap crap products, and they dont care. They'll send you a mismarked size and not accept their responsibility. They dont accept returns no matter what they say and they will argue with you to no end! GET READY TO BE DISAPPOINTED with whatever you buy and waste your money on! They just lost a customer for life!

Love the products Shipping Too Must

Love the products. Delivered quickly however they give you a discount on product advertise free shipping on sale items if purchase over a certain amount amount but by the time you i purchase 100 to 200 dollar in merchandise with sales items i then can’t use free shipping off merchandise over 50 dollars. They then charge me half my savings for the shipping charges. Not sure I’m really getting a good deal. I have made 3 purchases from here and think its time to take my business elsewhere. Spending $500 should get me free shipping not an addition $100+ in shipping cost.

Works for my needs, but might not for yours

I ordered 3 dresses from AmiClubwear. I didn't have any issue with the items being out of stock, and the order reached me within 2-3 days (disclaimer: I live in southern California where the company is based. That being said, $17 to ship to the next county over seems way too high.) Package had some completely random free samples in it (not of accessories, perfume, or anything relevant). As for the dresses, they look like what I ordered and don't have any damage, and they fit OK. The material on all 3 clung tight to the skin, and while it works for an occasional night at the club or whatever, it seems too cheap to wear on a regular basis. There was also a bit of a chemical smell on one of the dresses but I think it will go away if I wash it. I'm unsure if I'd order again. I'd suggest people considering buying from here pay attention to the "clubwear" in the name: if you're looking for something to wear everyday, something professional, or upscale, this isn't the site for you.

I like my Items

I really like my items and when 1 item wasn’t available they emailed me and told me I can order with my store credit and I did. They kept there word even if my items I liked were not available they would let me know and I got something else but no problems. All my orders have been over $100 and So far so Good!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I have ordered from them several times and each time it takes almost two weeks for them to ship the items. I always have to reach out to them via Instagram & they always say they will do a follow up & I end up having to remind them about the follow up. If you have a trip coming up DO NOT ORDER it will not be shipped in time. You better off going to a store or shopping online with a known company with good shipping like poshbyv divaboutiqueonline or tipsybunny. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with amiclubwear I’m trying to save you the headache now. Most of the time the items are out of stock which means it shouldn’t be on the site for sale. If you have a hard time getting a refund all you have to do is DISPUTE the charge and show your bank that length it took for them to send the item

Don't DO It, Please don't order from them waste of time

Hello AMIClubwear.com is Bull XXXX. This is the second time I order from them and not able to get my refund back. Your website is full of bull XXXX. I will never order anything again from them also there is not enough information about returns. I saw it say all return within 30 days. One of my swim wear was final sale the other two wasn't. It's funny how you want to say Due to health and sanitary reasons, all swimsuits including lingerie and intimate items are final sale. But that wasn't in the return policy.
All your returns say is to email and it took two days for them to even respond to my email. I had called two days straight plus left five messages and no respond. Trust and believe I don't have any more questions it would prolly take them three more days to respond. I'm glad Amazon, Fashion Nova, Lovely, Miss Lola, ChicMe, Wish, Shein , and Groupon, websites is not like you're. You're not wining by being dirty towards customers....

NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!

On 03/25 I ordered 2 swimsuits for a trip I have coming up and they shipped my order with FedEx and they claim to have delivered it on 04/05! I have 2 cameras in my windows and there’s no footage of a FedEx driver at all! I contacted FedEx and they can care less about the issue and I also contacted amiclubwear and they can care less too! I left a review on their INSTAGRAM account and they deleted both comments and decided to message me then blocked me! All this could have been resolved by sending my items or giving me my money back! This was my first time ordering from them and will definitely be my last!
I noticed to my review which doesn’t let me reply back but as I stated... I have 2 cameras in my windows and can provide all of yesterday’s activity and there is no FedEx delivery driver coming to deliver anything! And how you handled the matter on every leverage of customer service was horrible so when you do get the response from FedEx refund my money I don’t even want the items especially from a company that doesn’t value good customer service nor their customers!

This company does nothing but give…

This company does nothing but give people the run around. Even on a live tracking map through FedEx states that my package is still with you in California, so how in the heck can my order be delivered in the next couple hours like you claim yet FedEx tracking does not show it even left. I've been given 2 completely different tracking numbers. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I have been trying since 12 pm eastern time.
Please just give me an honest tracking number and delivery time frame. For the third and final time if you cannot send me what I purchased from you do a full refund. I will take my $350 elsewhere.

Customer Service Is Trash !!!!

You guys only reply here when someone complains ... I emailed customer service back yesterday after you said someone would be in contact with me...saying that I would like my replacement item instead of the item I originally ordered ... please check your email ASAP.. I waited long enough going on a month now... my original order date was 3/10/21 today is now 3/30/21 never waited so long to receive anything I ordered online ... I recently bought a Pink Tuxedo Bunny 4pc Sexy Costume and it was horrible. The quality was horrible the costume itself is horrible. I wish I could send it and get my money back because NO. You would do much butter buying off of amazon.
