1 Star – Terrible Service from BDSwiss and Their “Partner” Amicorp
I opened my BDSwiss trading account hoping for a reliable platform and responsive support. Instead, I was met with endless delays, contradictory information, and outright indifference. Every time I asked for clarification on fees, withdrawal timelines, or security measures, BDSwiss either ignored me for days or sent back copy-and-paste replies that had nothing to do with my questions. It felt like talking to a chatbot with zero accountability.
To make matters worse, when I escalated serious concerns, BDSwiss immediately passed me off to Amicorp, a “related company” that supposedly manages BdSwiss funds as banking managers. I thought this would mean better protection and professional guidance. But Amicorp simply echoed the same boilerplate lines I’d been getting from BDSwiss, offering false assurances and generic templates rather than real answers. There was no escalation, no personalized review of my case, and certainly no accountability for the mistakes they admitted.
Between the two entities, I never once felt secure or supported. My requests vanished into a black hole of automated responses, and neither BDSwiss nor Amicorp took any real steps to resolve my issues. For anyone considering BDSwiss, be aware that you’re really dealing with two separate teams...and both seem equally uninterested in providing genuine customer care. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for a broker that values transparency, timely communication, and true expertise.
