and finally the most expensive rent a car in Europe.

Very good customer service and really easy booking i will recomend it for all my friends no assle of credit card that i never had in my life and dont make any intention if getting one.

I haven a booking for 47 euros with not extra pay the fuel be full or empty but on the reception said me that I need to pay 214 euros
90 for fuel.80 for insurance and rest for rent and 15 euro for not printed the booking because on the email is written that is recommended to print or download on the phone and on the final we don't taken the car from this company too many incorrect.

First of all, we are very sorry for the inconveniences and your discontent. First of all, when choosing the offer, you also choose the fuel policy. We are working with more than 150 rent a cars with different conditions so that our customer can choose the best offer. We do inform our customers about any additional costs in Terms and conditions which you have accepted and should have read.
The insurance is a voluntary extra, which you can purchase or not.
Concerning the extra charge of 15€ for not printing the voucher, we already contacted our partner as this was an error.
We do recommend you to check carefully the terms and conditions before confirming the booking.
